From Michelle W.
I'm 49. Never thought I'd have cancer.

In January I scheduled my routine gyno and mammogram. I hadn't had it in 4 years. It was end of June. My mammogram biopsy results June 28. I moved out June 29 in with my folks and with my pets.

I went ‘no contact’ with my soon to be x-husband 3 weeks ago. We have a 24 year old together and I have a 29 year son and he as well, with another.

It's been a long journey. I started therapy in January.

{Between the husband and I} Boundaries were being made, but things got crazy; I prayed a lot. I feel God gave me a push out the door.

I told my husband I had cancer and with the same breath that I was moving out.

My cancer is stage 1 grade 3 triple negative. 9mm in size. I'm doing lumpectomy reconstruction reduction in December. I started chemo July 31st. Dose dense high doses 4 ac( adriamycin cytoxin), “Red Devil” they call it and 4 taxol. I finished my #3 taxol yesterday. My 2nd one I had a bad reaction, I couldn't breathe, felt like my head was on fire. They dosed me heavily with more premed yesterday. The side effects hit day 3 typically.

I'm doing a cancer walk sat. I have my next final chemo Nov 7th. My divorce hearing is Nov 12, I'm being more forgetful as the chemo toxins cause chemo brain.
